Callie grew up in Springbok where he matriculated in 1972. He completed a BA degree as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning at the University of Stellenbosch. He is a practising CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and because he enjoys working with business professionals, became an Associated Member of the Professional Risk Analysis Practitioner Association (PRAPA), an independent Broker Network that provides Business Owners with a holistic analysis and an in-depth audit of all aspects of business risks.
Callie spent 25 years with Old Mutual in Stellenbosch as a Financial Adviser, which included seven years as a District Manager. He joined Finfocus in 2003 as a partner and a company Director.
He specialises in the planning for retirement and investment choices upon retirement. He believes in adequate provision against serious illnesses, because it can have a negative impact on retirement provision and the quality of your life style. Callie also has a keen interest in investments and investment planning.
Callie likes to play golf and enjoys sport in general.
