The classification of Finfocus’ clients depends on the magnitude of the initial and ongoing advice fees that are received and
commission that arises from risk business. Neither short-term insurance nor medical aid fund commission is considered
here.

 

Clients will be informed annually as to their Status and the following free services are available according to classification:
PLATINUM CLIENTS Preferential attention with respect to all inquiries and instuctions.
The adviser will respond to requests on the same day and provide feedback.
Quarterly appointments with client.
Monthly or quarterly investments feedback, as desired by client.
Annual summary of entire portfolio.
Analyses revised upon request – with maximum of twice per year.
Specialist estate planning service when required.
Free administrative services and costs, as well as the handling of claims.
Annual appointment with specialist consultant or fund manager.
Free attendance at all Finfocus presentations. Client may bring up to 3 guests.
GOLDEN CLIENTS Preferential attention with respect to all inquiries and instructions.
The adviser will react within 24 hours.
Bi-annual appointments with client.
Monthly or quarterly investments feedback, as desired by client.
Annual summary of entire portfolio.
Analyses are revised every two years.
Specialist estate planning service is available every 3 years.
Free administrative services and costs.
4 hours of free advice time per annum.
Free attendance at all Finfocus presentations. Client may bring up to 2 guests.
SILVER CLIENTS Annual appointment with client.
Quarterly investments feedback.
Annual summary of entire portfolio.
Analyses are revised every 2-3 years.
10 free administrative services per annum.
2 hours of free advice time per annum.
Free attendance at Finfocus presentations.
BRONZE CLIENTS Appointment every two years.
Analyses every 3-4 years.
Annual summary of entire portfolio.
Quarterly investments feedback.
1 hour of free advice time per annum.
2 free service transactions per annum.
BLUE CLIENTS Appointment every two years.
Annual summary of entire portfolio.
6-monthly investments feedback.
Consultations and advice, analyses, administrative services and claims-handling according to fees
